Our mud flaps are created from used conveyor belts to offer strong, long-lasting durability as well as help recycle and reuse old products in our warehouse. We have invested in templates for our presses for fast and accurate cutting. These templates can include curved ends and holes for mounts. We can also print company logos on the flaps for an extra cost.

We can also offer hinge rubbers, door scrapers and door rubbers. They range from 10mm to 18mm in thickness and can be custom created to meet your specific measurements, with slotted or circular holes punched to your specifications.
Conveyor belting can be repurposed in many ways, one being chute and hopper lining. We use rubber pads to line the chutes. Rubber can adhere to metal with several different adhesives depending on weight and size. We can create custom pieces with holes pre-punched for bolts at your request.
