All our chevron belts are manufactured new to DIN 22102 and BS 490 standards. We can offer chevron conveyor belt in C15 and C25 with a range of different grade base belts suitable for an array of different purposes. However please note certain widths can only be supplied in certain grades. The special profiles on chevron conveyor belts make increased angles of inclination possible compared with smooth surface conveyor belts.
C15 Chevron Conveyor Belt.
15mm high cleats. Suitable for inclines from 18 degrees up to 30 degrees. Supplied in a EP 315/3 Grade base belt. Width ranges from 500mm wide to 1200mm wide.
C25 Chevron Conveyor Belt.
25mm high cleats. Suitable for inclines up to 40 degrees. Supplied in EP 400/3, EP 500/3 and EP 630/4 Grade base belts. Width ranges from 800mm to 1600mm.
